Did you know that the inside of a lot of people who laugh at the world is just a lot of fire.Your littel word ,Your little deed can flatten someone else's whole soul to the ground.Because there is no hamful wepon in this world as powerful as the word.Have you ever felt the pain of being deceived by someone you trusted the most? Have you ever felt that pain? If you have not had that experience, be happy , because you are very lucky.

This is a personal secret in my life.but I thought I should share it with you. Rejection, Separation , Deception are the most obscene words in this word.

Whenever I fall to the bottom every moment I try to rise in life, when dreams & hopes are shattered ,the pain I felt when all my loved ones finally left me was like a looser me.Even today my heart is hurt by that pain .The end result was that I became mentally ill. I suffer from depression. You know.....,mental pain is worse than physical pain.I was healthy with out any illness before..but today my life it was empty.I have not used any medicine for any ailment and now........I'm using mephen tables in large quantities as I can't bear the pain. But it is also a pleasure to note that even mephen tablets can provide temporary relief from this aching headache.

Although I try my best to tell everyone that I'm fine & that I'm normal among them, I'm the only one who knows the pain I feel at hight.It's difficult for me to describe in words.

One more thing , If someone is laughing too much pretending to be to funny. Please talk to him or her a little bit. They say the sadness in their heart. But dear listen agrees with that sadness in your heart.without having fun with that sadness.because thr solution is philosophcal until the problem is yours.because depression is such a bitter things.

Finally I would like to say here are a few of these for you.Don't play with other people's feelings.because remember that he or she is a man like you & they feel the pain. Think a thousand times about the side effects before saying a word to the other.because the smallest act you can do can kill another person.

So ask everyone not to break anyone's trust because I'm in that pain because depression is an experience that a man should not feel.
